This space is not just a place to stay or a building, but the result of time and choices. During the COVID period in 2020, many things stopped. The Baluse Surf School, which had been operated for Koreans, also became difficult to run normally. While everyone waited and hoped things would get better, we decided to use that time in a different way. “Let’s use this paused time to prepare for the future.” After that decision, we began building a new place in January 2021. This was not simply a lodging project, but a work that holds the direction of the life we want to build. We created this place for people who love waves, people who gain new energy through travel, and people who need a place to rest for a while. This building is the first rental business created together by Irawan Wau and Alice (Heo YoungEun). A small choice that began in a paused time eventually became one space. We hope that new stories begin here as well.
